Cursul e foarte bine structurat si sunt date multe exemple pentru a intelege fiecare notiune, problema e ca din 2008 e multa vreme in care au avut loc cateva modificari in Codul de Procedura Civila, iar aceste modificari nu au mai fost aduse la zi si in carte. Recomand sa se citeasca cu Codul deschis pentru ca am gasit cateva discordante
